First ingredient is apples and there is a lot of curry spices that distract from the pepper flavor. Is good if you want a lot of spices flavor, not good for pepper flavor.

The sauce was a 2/10 on the heat scale for me, but the taste was phenomenal. You can really taste the apple sauce and I would recommend this to put on most meal items, even just eating it out of the bottle.
