This is THE most authentic rub based on my travels around Jamaica. We have been all over the island from Negril to Boston Beach (east of Port Antonio), stopping at jerk stands anywhere we could find one. The Boston Jerk rub is a close second, but this one is the best and definately the closest to the real deal! Enjoy

This product is, in my humble opinion, the best jerk seasomings on the market. Went a bit overboard the first time tried and almost terminated the wife and myself. Recommend go a bit light and work up to your taste. Very authentic flavors.

Simply the BEST!! You control how hot you want it by the amount you put on it! Everytime I use this, I get compliments on the jerk. It doesn't matter if I throw 2 heaping TBS in a gallon ziplock of chicken wings (with a couple dashes of soy sauce) and marinade over night, or just rub it on pork before I grill it, People go crazy for it!!! You taste every bit of flavor in it and a little goes a long way!!!

I've tried just about every jerk seasoning on the market, but I keep returning to Walkerswood. It's hot, it's salty, and it is aromatic, and pulls no punches. For a special treat, mix some with a little soy sauce and hot sesame oil, and marinate hard boiled eggs in it for a day. Eggstraordinary!

I was introduced to this great product by a dear friend and it just so happend to be the first time I tried any type of jerk seasoning and I was in love at first taste. This is the only jerk I will ever buy again. I just see no reason to stray from it. It is perfect. It's hot! Perfectly hot. It's not the kind of heat you can't taste through. My favorite use is in a cream sauce with cilantro & lime on pasta.

this jerk paste is fantastic for a quick jerk cook. the key is to try to give it time to sit on the meat and marinate a bit before cooking. this is also fantastic as a hamburger condiment, on vegetables, or in mashed potatoes! a little bit goes a long way!

I buy the 9.25# tub and break it down into mason jars. It lasts indefinitely and the flavor is without equal. Thick, rich and spicy. Not for sissies or the infirm, (although it'd probably get rid of worms.) Great on every protein from fish to beef. A deliciously unique flavor that your guests will rave about, guaranteed!
