Good heat without overpowering

If you want flavor and heat, this is a great sauce. Carrot based gives it a bit of sweetness as well. It's just hot enough without overwhelming the taste of the food. Great to add heat to sauces, salsa, soups, and stews.

Some hot sauces are nothing more than hot, no flavor whatsoever. Marie Sharp's Hot Sauce has flavor which allows you to slather it on.
