Tastes delicious and a nice low grade heat. Hard to pair this sweet sauce with the food I eat though. Would love it on pizza

As good as the original, but with a sweet twang!

Blind Betty's is made in the US Virgin Islands, where my husband is from. This pineapple sauce (along with the original version) is so different than other 'hot' sauces, because it's not just heat. It's very savory, very flavorful...like a two for one deal! I had a hard time finding it in the states, since getting it shipped from USVI directly would take a while. I'm happy to have found it here.
