The hot sauce game

I have been an hot sauce aficionado going back to the 90's. I have bought, collected and sampled more sauces than I can account for. One constant over the last many years is Dat'l Devil Drops has been at the top for my day to day go to hot sauce. It's excellent with the right blend of the flavor the Dat'l pepper and enough heat for the kick I desire in my food. A mainstay in my starting roster.
