Not the hottest on the market but carries a distinctive flavor and a bit of a spicy aftertaste. It is good that it comes in a large bottle as I use liberally on everything. Highly recommended.

My first impression with this sauce had me hooked. I was unfamiliar with "Datil Peppers" but this sauce has made me a believer. Mixed with a little molasses for sweetness, overall this sauce is a great consistency with the perfect balance of heat & sweetness. Goes great with chicken and pork.

I love this fruity sauce since I first came across it when it was still being made "by hand" in St. Augustine, FL, and was available only in a few markets in the South- this was in the 80s! Ever since I have always managed to track it down and am happy now that Mo' Hotter is my never-ceasing source.
