Love this stuff. Near the top of my heat tolerance, has a nice bite, and this wonderful GREEN color which does not get washed out in food. To me, it's better than either the red or brown sauce.

My Everything Sauce

I have become addicted to El Yucateco Green... The right amount of heat for everyday use without being overpowering... Great flavor adds to any dish where hot sauce is warranted... Even lousy 7-11 microwave burritos can be "dressed up" enough to be almost palatable... I use it on most foods, in chili, and even on spaghetti and pizza... Like I said, I'm hooked...

Best Mexican Hot Sauce out there...

It's always baffled me that the only place to find this sauce was in Mexico or at Mexican restaurants but you could never find it in a store...thank goodness for Mo Hotta to find this sauce and any other sauce you need.

Perfect Sauce

One of my favorite hot sauces out there. It definitely has a strong kick but not quite as strong as some of the other Yucateco sauces. Perfect on tacos, rice, beans and in soups...I've tried it on almost everything and definitely recommend.

Remember, only one can be your favorite hot sauce --- and this is mine! To be sure there are hotter and a few that taste as good, but none, at least for me, that have the right heat and taste combination. #1 of the four favored sauces I ordered. Try it, you'll love it.

I love this sauce! If they sold it by the gallon I'd be in. Nice balance between heat and flavor. It goes with anything, but I prefer it with pork or chicken.
