As all Melinda's sauces this is very tasty and just a bit hotter then eating a raw habanero. This is a good sauce to start building your tolerance to the Ghost.Remove the restrictor plate and enjoy the burn ! !

As my introduction to the Ghost Chili, this was a nice surprise. It's hot, yes, but has a terrific flavor. Compared to Habanero, it has an almost smokey, earthy, flavor and the heat builds slowly. My new favorite!

My Favorite HOT SAUCE

Do you like REALLY HOT sauce but find that most of them (like habanero varieties) just don't taste all that good?? Besides the heat, the best thing about this sauce is the FLAVOR. Melinda's Naga Jolokia. Try it.....you'll thank me later.

I was surprised that a sauce with ghost chiles would have great flavor in addition to heat. It tastes great with anything from burritos to grilled cheese sandwiches! It's not for those who are scared of the heat though.

This sauce has a wonderful flavor. It's hotter than Melinda's (to my taste) pretty mild XXX Habanero sauce, but it's not nearly as hot as I was expecting from a sauce based on a 1 million scoville pepper. I'd be surprised if the sauce is hotter than 20,000 scovilles (it tastes about the same, to me, as El Yucateco Green, in terms of heat). This is all to say, it's a delicious, every day sauce.

I've had the opportunity to try a lot of hot sauces and peppers like habaneros, ghost, scorpions, and the Carolina reaper which means I like to challenge myself with heat. But once in a while I like to back off the heat a little and enjoy something with great flavor too and that's what Melinda's Naga Jolokia brings to the table. I also like that it has a chunkiness too where you can see bits of pepper n other ingredients. Like I say I've tried a lot of hot sauces and I put this one among the top 3 not because it's the hottest, but because it has sufficient heat, it has great flavor, and you can't beat the price. Great Product!!!!

I cannot believe how delicious this hot sauce is. It has a good kick, so I don't need to douse my food n order to get great intended flavor and hottness. Like other reviewers say, if you really like things hot, don't expect ghost-pepper level from this guy. It has a DELICIOUS full flavor though so it immediately took over as my favorite every day for everything hot sauce. I ordered 5 other bottles and besides the Pain is Good Jamaican style, I wish I had just bought a bunch of these.

It's so rare to find a sauce that has heat and that is still flavorful. It's usually one or the other. This sauce packs a punch and the flavor heightens any dish. Fantastic!!

I was disappointed with this sauce. It's rated at 5 out of 5 flames. However, I would give it 5 out of 25 flames. It also has a very prominent and unpleasant vinegar taste.
