Maybe my favorite Melinda sauce. Bursting with flavor , excellent medium- hot heat. Pairs with everything eggs, burgers, pasta, Nachos. For great flavor and stronger heat than their other Habaneros this is the stuff. A great owner of a hot sauce store in Maine recommended this as my first hot sauce 20 years ago-still love it!

Used to grow Red Savina years ago, a favorite pepper. Now I can get Melinda's and it's got honest ingredients and a great aroma, flavor and heat level

Ingredients: red savina pepper mash (water, red savina pepper), carrots, vinegar, onion, lime juice, garlic, citric acid, xanthan gum
