Monstrous hot sauce

I was hesitant to get this sauce because of the price, but it gets mentioned a lot as comparison in other reviews, so I had to try it. This is good stuff. Nice, subtle flavors with a heat that has nothing subtle about it. Strong, long-lasting burn. You know you had some hot sauce when you put some of this on your food. As for the price, this stuff will last most mere mortals a while. It's thick, and you don't need to use much to get the flavor and the heat. This is a sauce for discriminating chile heads.

Ingredients: Chile Peppers (bhut jolokia, scotch bonnet, trinidad 7 pot, trinidad scorpion, trinidad scorpion moruga), carrots, onion, mustard (vinegar, #1 grade mustard seed, salt, tumeric, paprika, spices), distilled vinegar, garlic, spices.
