This is a delicious sauce; it is tremendously tasty, with mild heat. If you want a nuclear sauce, try something else. If you want wonderful fruit flavor, this is the one.

Always found Melinda's to be a sane level of heat...fairly tasty and "reasonable" sauce EXCEPT for one thing...which I find disturbing and particularly unnecessary in the MANGO sauce and that is...GARLIC! It overwhelms the flavor and RUINS the sauce. Too much! Try this sauce WITHOUT the garlic.... It would be Faaar better and tastier. Certainly would bring the fruity mango our.

This may be Melinda's mildest sauce. It has a fun fruity flavor that compliments a dish like chicken and rice. While not hot enough for me, my wife puts it on everything.

My daughters favorite sauce

I first got this for my daughter when she was young, to get her started on the hot sauce path. I like it myself and now I'm keeping it around for her birthdays and when I don't wanna burn my face off :-)
