this stuff is HOT.! it has a sort of unique, mild taste, but tons of heat. You can put it anything. The sauce really won't change your dish's taste, but then you will get the heat! suprise your friends and family with a stew and watch peoples faces! just take it real easy! a small drop on the edge of a spoon is all you need.

I made a mistake thinking I could eat hot sauce after drinking one fine evening lol I poured this on a burger, covered the entire bun. One bite I knew I was in trouble but hey drunk guy munchies aren't going to be stopped just because there's a fire in his mouth lol I was so hurting but just that one night took my ability to eat hot food to an entirely new level. This stuff is pure heat, with a dash of mild flavor.

This sauce is 'Frickin Hot' and well beyond my pain tolerance. It is a nice thick sauce, not to vinegery, good flavor, and I carefully use it to kick chili, salsa or whatever up a notch. This sauce is perfect for me doing that.

DOI sauce is thick, not vinegery, has wonderful flavor and more heat than I can handle using liberally. Perfect for turning on the heat in chili, salsa, Bloody Mary's, etc. to the point of ' Insanity '. EZ does it!

Super hot one drop at a time. I am a pepper head and my local store stopped selling Dave's sauce so I went to the source. Never tried the ultimate insanity but it's good stuff. Makes my scalp sweat and a rush of adrenaline.

Heat, with an Unpleasant Chemical Flavor

I come here looking for the hottest-of-the-hot sauces and this one is up there. Of the many sauces I've tried, I'd say this is #3 from the top of my list in terms of heat. Unfortunately, the heat isn't worth the flavor. Even the initial sniff-test reminded me of burning plastic or rubber. I've given this sauce an honest attempt a few times, but I can't bring myself to use the rest of the bottle. I'll give it 2 stars for the face-melting heat alone, but I can't rate it any higher since it makes anything I put it on taste like a spare tire.
